A proposed, vendor-neutral approach: connect formative evidence, curriculum pacing and state-defined requirements to an instructional next step, then educator review and reassessment.
Proposed framework—not a validated prediction system or evidence of improved outcomes. The research scope is 50 states plus DC; completed evidence coverage is limited. Unknown or suppressed values are not zero.

What remains
Select a reporting year, check its approved indicator requirements and reconcile the cohort before evaluating a specific pathway.
The overview reports CCR one year in arrears. The applicable rule year and individual qualifying requirements still need confirmation. No near-threshold student count is established.

How to use this framework
Establish evidence. Identify the assessment, skill or pathway requirement and its date.
Check pacing. Distinguish not yet taught, taught but not demonstrated, and insufficient evidence.
Review the next step. An educator chooses or overrides support and sets a reassessment.
Support students across the achievement range. A missing result is not a learning deficit. Academic performance-level movement, first CCR qualification and additional credentials are separate measures; graduation and workforce placement are also distinct.
Approved credentials differ from general course offerings. Eligibility does not establish enrollment, completion, credit award or purchase. Scale-score distance cannot be compared across assessments, grades or years.
ACCS publishes dual-enrollment entry points and scholarship availability. Its overview lists grades 10–12, a 2.5 GPA and written school approval. College, course and scholarship conditions still apply.
Coverage: Alabama state/system context; not a local agreement Funding: Program/award conditions require validation; no available purchase budget established
Confirm next: Confirm a current school–college agreement and the credential's approved course sequence; do not use adult-education service areas as DE eligibility.
Commercial qualification boundary
Potential coordination starts with the district cte director and accs college dual-enrollment lead. This record does not establish a local agreement, available seat, uncommitted budget, approved Pearson product or qualified sales opportunity.

The state program link is drawn from the existing Atlas. Salary resources open tools where you can choose your state or metro; a state selection here does not mean local wage records have been imported. Local apprenticeship schedules, licensing links and verified starting-pay records remain to be added.
Prefer public agencies, official occupation data, education providers and credential issuers. Each listing identifies purpose, geographic scope, use and review date. A listing is a starting point; verify admission, funding, licensing and program availability with the responsible provider.
